Prefer the experience of choosing a gift in person? Our In-Store Gift Card is a physical gift card designed for use at our Knock Nook shop in Princes Square, Glasgow.
It is a lovely option for anyone who enjoys browsing our collections in store, from Jellycat, Wrendale Designs and The English Soap Company to Pop Mart, Sonny Angel and many more.
Our in-store and online gift card systems currently operate separately, which means this physical Gift Card can only be redeemed at our Glasgow store and cannot be used on our online shop.
We are working on improving the compatibility between the two systems. In the meantime, we want to make sure it is always clear where your Gift Card can be used before you purchase.

Purchase your In-Store Gift Card through our website and choose either UK delivery or Click & Collect from our Glasgow store.
Order by Phone
You can also order an In-Store Gift Card by calling us during our opening hours. Our team will be happy to help you choose the value and arrange collection or delivery where available.
Buy In Store
If you are nearby, simply visit us at Knock Nook, Princes Square, Glasgow and purchase your Gift Card directly from our team.
Your Gift Card can be prepared and activated for you in store, ready to give.
A Little Extra Security
For Gift Cards ordered online and sent by post, the physical card will not be activated immediately.
For added security, we will activate the card once the delivery tracking confirms that it has arrived at its destination. This helps protect the value of the Gift Card while it is in transit.
Please note that In-Store Gift Cards can only be redeemed at our physical store and cannot be used online.

How It Works
Simply choose the value of your Online Gift Card and complete your purchase through our website.
Once purchased, the Gift Card will be issued digitally, so there is no physical card to wait for and no postage required.
The recipient can then use the Gift Card towards eligible purchases on our online store.
