FREE Standard Delivery is available on eligible UK orders with a shopping cart value of £50.00 or more.
Customers may alternatively choose Tracked 24 Express Delivery for £1.99 on eligible orders over £50.00, or £4.99 on orders below £50.00.

General Information
After placing an order with us, you will receive email notification to confirm that we have received your order details. This email will contain a unique order number, along with the details of the items purchased and the delivery information provided. If you notice any mistakes in the details included within this email or need to make any changes, please contact us immediately to let us know, and quote the order number that you have been given.
When your order has been picked and packed, you will receive a further email to confirm that your items are ready for despatch.
Despatch and delivery times are estimates only, but from our experience the vast majority of orders arrive well within these times. We will always notify customers if there are any circumstances that may affect these estimated times.
Delivery discounts, offers and restrictions
Delivery discounts, offers and restrictions may be applied to individual products or product ranges. Full details of any changes to our standard delivery terms will be included within individual product descriptions, or alongside the relevant product ranges.
Selected products, including certain POP MART products, limited-edition products, and products requiring special handling, may be subject to separate delivery charges and may not qualify for free delivery promotions. Where applicable, these charges will be clearly displayed within the product description and automatically applied at checkout.
