Welcome to our Loyalty Rewards Programme – our way of saying thank you for being part of our community.
Pop into store to collect points, unlock rewards, and make your shopping experience even more joyful. Our loyalty programme is currently available in-store only.
Becoming a member couldn’t be easier - and it’s completely free. If you shop with us in-store, you can choose to be connected to our Loyalty Rewards. And if you’ve already made a purchase, you can still join afterwards and add your past shopping to your account.
As a member, you’ll enjoy more than just great shopping – you’ll earn rewards every time you buy, receive exclusive perks, and even get a little surprise on your birthday. It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of Knock Nook.
Collecting Points
Enjoy 1.9% to 2.5% back in loyalty rewards on our curated collection, with special items reaching 10%. These rewards are exclusive to our physical boutique—your points are as good as cash and can be redeemed whenever you visit us in-store.
Birthday Treat
Celebrate with us! If your birthday is saved in your profile, just mention it to our team when you visit the boutique on your special day. We’ll have a little birthday surprise waiting for you—no emails, no fuss.
Using Your Points
Just tell our staff your name and email—it’s that simple.If your total is more than your balance, the system will use all your points to give you the maximum discount. If it’s less, we only take what’s needed and keep the rest safe in your account. Plus, you’ll always earn new points on the full value of what you buy, even when using your rewards!

Join our student community! Simply verify your student ID in-store to unlock exclusive perks. Enjoy student-only discounts on selected lines while still earning loyalty points on your purchases. Ask our team in-store to get started.
Frequently asked questions
How does the Student Loyalty Membership work?
Becoming a Student Member is simple!
- Verification: Visit us in-store and present a valid student ID (Physical card, digital card, or UNiDAYS ID, Screenshot or photos are not accepted). Ask our boutique team to register you as a Knock Nook Student Loyalty Member.
- Benefits: Once registered, your student discount will be automatically applied to eligible items—just provide your name or email at the counter. You will also continue to earn loyalty points on your purchases!
- Validity: Student status is valid for a maximum of one year, after which you can easily re-verify your ID.
- Important Notes: You must be a registered Loyalty member to receive the discount; simply showing an ID at checkout without a membership is not sufficient. Please note that student discounts are a privilege; we reserve the right to modify, refuse, or terminate this offer at our discretion.
Does my account or points balance expire?
To comply with GDPR guidelines, we only store the minimum necessary data for the shortest time possible.
If there is no purchase activity on your account for six consecutive months, your profile and any unused points will be automatically removed from our system.
You are always welcome to rejoin our community at any time, but please be aware that expired points cannot be restored once an account is deleted.
What is the Code of Conduct in-store?
Knock Nook is built on kindness, respect, and inclusion. We are committed to providing a warm, friendly service and a safe space for everyone.
We kindly ask all visitors to treat our staff and fellow customers with the same courtesy.
Any form of rudeness, abusive language, aggression, or discrimination will not be tolerated.
In such instances, we reserve the right to cancel memberships, remove points, and, if necessary, refuse entry to the boutique.
Can I exchange my points for cash?
While your Loyalty Points work just like money towards your purchases, they have no intrinsic cash value. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, or transferred.
Can I use my Loyalty Points both online and in-store?
Due to technical system limitations, please note that from 15th February 2026, our loyalty programs for the website and the physical boutique will operate independently.
Points earned in our boutique are now exclusive to in-store purchases.
To support our existing customers, we are offering a three-month transition period ending on 14th May 2026.
If you registered and used your membership in our boutique before 14th February 2026, you can still enjoy your benefits for online orders. To do this, please contact us manually with your registered name and email address. We will be happy to set up a manual discount code for your online purchase.
